Good Neighbor Fund Application

Raising the House is proud to be a partner of Lehigh Valley Community Foundation's Good Neighbor Program, established by the PPL Foundation. The Good Neighbor Program is designed to help local families who may be struggling to cover expenses related to home energy costs.

Qualifications

To qualify for possible assistance from Raising the House, the family in need must not have a household income exceeding 300% of the federal poverty level and must have a child/children in one of the following schools:

  • Towamensing Elementary

  • Parkside Elementary

  • S.S. Palmer Elementary

  • Palmerton Jr. High

  • Palmerton High School

  • Bomber Academy

  • Palmerton student attending CCTI
