11th Annual 5K Run/Walk
Join us on May 10th, 2025 for our annual Raising the House 5K Run/Walk! Run or walk with friends, on a team, or with your furry companion!
The funds for this event support the mission of Raising the House – to provide financial assistance to students and families within the Palmerton Area School District while honoring the memory of Blaine House.
The Raising the House 5K run/walk was the first event created in memory of Blaine House. The reason for its creation was two-fold:
Honoring his passion for fitness and excitement in taking another step forward.
Carrying on the memory of the educator that had such a profound effect on the several hundreds of students that he touched over his many years of teaching.
